Most components carry the original manufacturer's warranty — typically 6–12 months depending on the brand and part, often longer on frames and suspension. Warranty terms are listed on each product page; keep your invoice, since that's what we use to verify a claim.

How do I know a part is genuine and not a replica?

Every listing is sourced directly from the brand's authorized distributor for that part and comes in original manufacturer packaging, with matching serial numbers on parts the brand actually serializes. We don't mix unbranded 'compatible' knockoffs into the same listings as genuine parts.

Can you install the part I buy, or is it just the part?

Both showrooms, in Chattogram and Cumilla, fit and install anything bought from us — frames, suspension, brakes, drivetrain, all of it. Outside those two cities, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll point you to a trusted local mechanic wherever we can.

What if a product shows out of stock?

Stock status on each product page is kept current — Low Stock means only a few are left, Sold Out means none are on hand right now. Message us on WhatsApp about a sold-out item anyway; many parts can be reordered from the supplier within a few days.

Does delivery cost or timing change outside Chattogram, Cumilla or Dhaka?
