Delivery Timelines

• Chattogram & Cumilla: same-day to next-day, via local delivery or in-store pickup.
• Dhaka: typically 1–2 business days via courier.
• Rest of Bangladesh: typically 3–5 business days via courier.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, and are confirmed by our team when we call to verify your order. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, so you only pay once your order is in hand.

Packaging & Inspection

Every bike and part is inspected and safely packaged before it leaves our workshop. Complete bikes are partially assembled and protected for transit; if anything arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and item before use and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom builds and made-to-order bikes are only returnable if there is a manufacturing defect.
• Electronics (e.g. GPS units) can only be exchanged unopened and unregistered.
• Wear items — tyres, brake pads, chains, grips — cannot be returned once installed or used.
• Return shipping costs are covered by us only when the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

Frames, forks and components carry their original manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, improper assembly, and crash or impact damage are not covered. We’re happy to help facilitate a manufacturer warranty claim — bring your proof of purchase to either showroom or contact us with your order number.
